1.5.2 update

You SHOULD be able to have multiple Key Tags but there have been reports of issues resulting from trying to do that.

FWIW: my wife and I each have a Key Tag, and they work fine. When she goes to the car, it loads up her Profile. When I go to drive it, the car loads my Profile.
Soon after getting my Key Tag (our second) I did have to replace its battery, which is apparently fairly common.

It can take several weeks. I never received 1.4.2 or 1.4.3 - ended up on 1.4.4. Then 1.5 never came and it's just gone to 1.5.2.

Seems like few in North America (CONUS, at least) are receiving the 1.5.2 update...?

Our EX30 is still on 1.5.1, which was installed when we took possession of the car from the dealer, in late January. We have enabled "Automatic software downloads", and that's confirmed in the iOS EX30 app, which shows the "Car Software" is "Up to date".
We never see the download icon in the upper-right of the center display, and I've tried adding my home WiFi to the car. None of that made a difference (also tried adding my phone hotspot, too).
It's been driven daily, and we are in an urban area with generally good 4G cellular coverage (and the 4G icon always shows good).

I'm going by the dealership in the next week or so (to get an NACS adapter), I'll ask them about 1.5.2 while I'm there.

Still waiting down south here too. Let us know what you find out at the dealer.

Like many on here,I have updated the car to 1.5.2 but the car still remains very glitchy. Unlocking car still does not always work on walking up to car or pulling on door handle. Although my wife & I using different iPhones, the loaded profile in car is always the last person who drove the car. And does not change unless “Change Profile” is pressed. Apple CarPlay now better but yet again this morning my wife had to “Launch” it via the media/phone submenu as pressing the CarPlay icon just said “No device connected”. Together with a new charging fault error while charging at home,from solar, am really losing all faith with this car. It is ruined by its poor software.

And literally just now, I got a notification on my phone to say the left front window is open. My wife has the car and was in work. I just texted her to go and check. She had not opened the windows on the way to work. She has just checked and all windows front and rear are closed fully as they should be. So another false notification! But why no notification on her phone? She is the “Main” driver/owner. The car beggars belief.

If the car was in an underground parking lot or an area with no proper coverage, it's usual—not normal, but usual. Messages like "the car is in use" or "the car is unlocked" are things the car sends when coverage is poor. It should send a message saying "Can't connect to the car" or something similar, but...

I don't know if that was the case.

My car software seems a lot more stable since installing 1.5.2, which is a relief...

Seems like with prior SW version my profile would remember that I turned OFF the driver inattention alert and lane assist. On the new version, the car defaults those settings to ON every time

And I'll never forgive volvo for removing the speed limit sign display, whyyyyy. Does not bode well for future "enhancements"...
