SMER Ultra 19" wheels
I'm about 1600km (~1000mi) in, averaging about 14 - 16kwh/100km (22.5 - 25.7kwh/100mi). A/C always on to 21°C on medium, never used eco. I also use OPD, pilot assist regularly on the highway and speed limiter in city/inner roads (under 80km/h zones) --> I think this helps a lot with the efficiency.
Some screenshots:
How economical is your driving?
OPD mostly, and I do sink the slipper straight to the floor pretty regularly and have gone into AWD performance mode to slay the ICE V8 bogans I work with quite a few times. My previous cars are Focus RS and STi. Grumpy, it is probably because it is a very mild spring season here in Perth?
Vapour Grey twin motor performance ultra and indigo interior <----- like the majority of members, I suppose.

I'm not using OPD since it makes me a bit dizzy (can this be such a major factor in the difference of the consumption? 10-15%? ). I got my car in the second part of September when there was 20-25 C and still, very rarely I dropped below 20.Dr_Rock wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2024 12:13 pm OPD mostly, and I do sink the slipper straight to the floor pretty regularly and have gone into AWD performance mode to slay the ICE V8 bogans I work with quite a few times. We are collecting our EX30 tomorrow (SM-ER) and I guess the aim will be to get 25kWh/100 miles which is 4.0mi/kWh (I only really understand the latter units as its the closest equivalent to mpg in old speak for me!) So 4mi/kWh with a 65 useable kWh battery should give a real world range of 260 miles which we will be very happy about. An easy 200 mile range another words. We like OPD, and although the EX30 does not have the strongest OPD effect, it will still help efficiency especially in urban situations. It will be turned off on a long motorway drive for example.

This weekend I made several trips on the highway and local roads and they confirm the consumption that I already have as usual. Highway: 19-20 in dry conditions. 21-22 if it is wet and colder (always at 120, with some acceleration to get ahead) and about 15-16 on local roads in good weather and top speeds of 90-100. All in km/h. Sorry. I have a cold and I am really out of it these days
As I see, the rain adds 1 or 2 kWh every 100km. The temperature affects even more

Not so bad for my first month and a half with my EX30. I noticed that the best situation for consumptions is on highways or local roads with speeds about 80-100km/h, where 14-15Kwh per each 100kms could be achieved (rising cold weather will increase these figures soon)

OMG do you drive always in highways? Where do you live, is it cold almost all the year? Here in Madrid (Spain) wheater is cold (and not too cold compared to northern countries) about 2- 3 months a year, maybe outside temperature explains the difference...

Electricity is cheaper than petrol and mostly hydro here, I don't like the cold and if I paid for 400 hp, I'm gonna (safely) use 400hp
I can drive economically, did a roadtrip a month ago and got ~15kw/100km at ~80km/h average speed. Fucking around in town with heat on max for 5-10km trips results in figures like those.

Yes - I'm an OAP - I decided I was old enough to acquire a Volvo for the first time....
