V2L is different from V2G and it may also need some hardware (namely inverter) either in the car or in the adapter because the HV battery is 400V and you need 230V output.

I've only seen one forum review of someone getting one and he confirmed it didn't work.

Hello gloucester, yes the original post was about this one, that is said to not work:

Since the review says it works, it got me curious. Maybe it is generic and it worked on another model.
