I ordered a SMER Ultra in white with breeze interior start of September 2024. Told at the time it’d be end of January 2025. Five months, I’ve tried contacting the salesman with no response. I realise salespeople once they have the sale they’ve done all they have to do. Last car I bought the salesman was helpful , I’d pop into the dealership he’d look at his computer tell me the latest update. Volvo don’t seem to care about customer service so much. Fingers crossed for January, frustrating when I see how many stock cars they have.

Same experience here. As soon as they got their advance and the contract was signed, they didn't give a shit. Ordered Sept 2023, promised a Feb 2024 delivery, delivered end of July 2024. I can order a 5$ gadget from aliexpress and I get detailed tracking for every step of the way but for a 55k eur car, they' can only tell me "it's not here yet" for almost 10 months ! And exactly like you, from Feb/March 2024, I could have bought one from other dealership's stocks.

I do admit it was all for the best as a few days before the car actually getting delivered, EU announced tariffs on Chinese EVs so Volvo had a fire sale of stock EX30 at -20% off. Ofcourse the fuckers didn't tell me about, I saw it on facebook and when I went to talk with them they were like "oh well, now that you know, here's -20% off" and I saved almost 12k eur ! Still annoyed about the whole experience :)

Hi Alex S out of interest when you ordered in September was it build slot or pre built? If pre built would you happen to know when it was built? Sorry don’t mean to be cheeky
