Charged overnight to 80%, indicated range is 166.5 miles (c. 266km).
I bought this car thinking I would be able to get to my parents and back on one charge (240 miles) - never going to happen!

In dynamic - Like others I’m getting 190miles on a 90% charge during this winter, which is down on the summer when I was getting 230 miles at 90% so do seem have lost 40 miles in the cold! On a twin motor

Thank you all for your responses. It seems to me that Volvo has done little to back their advertised range. I have already complained to the dealer as well as the Canadian HO in Toronto. They have promised me that they will deal with it and ultimately fix the issue.
Just in passing my Tesla Model Y (single motor) with a 64kwt LFP battery give me regularly 390 Kms on 100%. I do not change my driving style on my Volvo ex30 Ultra, double motor Performance and it only give me 288kms max. at 100%. In my mind this is not acceptable for a $70k+ car in Montreal. Weather and all.
I have an appointment on Jan 8th for a complete evaluation of the battery by the dealer, I'm anxious to hear what they have to say.

Why would they refund you?
The car has not failed to achieve an "advertised range" as Volvo have never advertised an actual range.
They have stated what the car will achieve in a test cycle run for a short period of time on an interior
rolling road in a fixed artificial climate using the exact requrements of the WLTP test (or the rules of the equivalent appropriate body for car sales in China or North America).
At no time did they ever advertise that any customer would actually achieve the figures obtained in the tests conducted under the WLTP rules - only the actual test results themselves.
