sorry to trouble you. Cannot upload ANY docs in any format system says invalid file format [used jpeg docx and pdf]

Can you advise?

Do you mean into a post?

.jpg amd .jpeg fine - you can drag'n'drop into the Full Editor screen or attach from there too.

.docx and .pdf are not supported filetypes

I'd have to say that on the similar Qashqai forum one CAN attach PDFs.
