I Have a EX30 SMLR and I lost access to my volvo id due the email address used for the registration it's not longer available, so I can't get the verification code to access.
I created my volvoID account before the 2FA was implemented, and never set an alternative recovery email or phone number.
My VolvoID is already paired with my ex30 app and it's the "owner" of the car so, I can't link a new volvoID as an owner.
Does anyone have a contact or support email that effective response? I send a couple emails with no replay at the moment.

From my reading of that, you can now remove your ownership details from a car that you are disposing of.
It makes no mention of removing a previous owner's details from a car that you have aquired. (That might be a security risk as then it might make it possible for anyone with a Volvo app to remove your details from your car.)

It might not be possible without the dealer if he is already logged out.
In the other case, an owner who lost his mail address he used to register his car to his Volvo ID, if he was still connected could remove himself from ownership and reclaim the ownership through the car with a new main address, as far I understood the initial problem.
