The first is because the Manual is wrong. Gloucester posted the workaround. This is an update.
The technical team has confirmed as follows:
The parking climate function, is activated by the FAN icon at the bottom and then the TIMERS Menu on the top row.
In regards to the Android, we have no dates as of yet for android auto or apple car play on the EX30.
