EX30 APP
Currently have issue where app on phone reports the PRE-charge information, ie. empty-ish and which also reports identically on iWatch, BUT the car is now fully charged and identifies as such in car but does not pass information out to App. Car shows as connected to mobile network - any ideas?

We have got control and status from the car but the position is wrong. Probably a back office issue with Vodafone and/or Volvo.
Just stopped and started the app and the position corrected itself. Status correct on Apple Watch too.

Yep. Sometimes the app don't refresh the last status. You have to close or kill the app, re-launch the app, see that kind of emiting radio waves in the app, and then it connects to the car, and refresh the status. It happens with the possition, the battery, with last trip, etc. I think the app must have a "refresh button" to avoid, kill the app and launch again. Not difficult to get, in my opinion

Yes, it is working even much faster that before... 5 seconds to unlock the car, 3 seconds to lock it again (I did it from the apartment and my car was in the basement parking). Stil not a speed of Tesla but something has changed!

For fear of speaking too soon,something seems to have changed. App generally working now so you can see State of Charge/Range. Was previously “car in use” too many times for the app to be of any use and thus no information! Let’s hope it continues.
