EX30 app keeps logging off

Almost every time I need to use the app (its not every day, probably once a week), I need to log in again (which sends a verification code to my email, so annoying!).

Does anyone have the same issue? Where you able to fix it?

Happens every now and then (maybe once a month at a guess). I had assumed it was a security thing. Happening every other day doesn’t sound right. I would get in touch with them although it may be a setup issue on your phone.

It has asked me to a couple of times. I didn't, I just closed the app and re-opened and it worked fine.

Same for me, if not connected I close it and open it again, same if it doesn't show the car status after 4-5 s. Never really had to login again.

Yes the App constantly logs you off , its a pain, thankfully the car is much better than the APP

I got 1.7 on the app yesterday.

It looks just the same as before except for the layout of the notifications page.

One thing had changed - and it is a big change:

Before, every time (and I do mean EVERY time) I opened the app it did not show the car's data (mileage, state of charge, range etc.). Every time I had to close the app and then immediately reopen it, when it would then show this information.

Now, with 1.7, the app shows all this information first time, every time, it is opened.

Admittedly I have only tried it about 20 times in 24 hours, but so far it has always worked. So far, so good...

If you're using an Android phone, check that you have disabled the battery optimization for the app, and let it run in background (methods for these settings may differ depending on the OS version and phone manufacturer).

Hi, I have 1.7, Apple ios 18.1. 1....unfortunately it still logs me off, not every time just frequently

Also 1.7, iOS and I have never been logged off. Strange.
