Greetings from Perth, Australia.

Been living with an SMER Ultra for a few weeks and getting to grips with the change from an ICE.

The Good:
1. Design and on-road stance.
2. Simplicity.
3. H/K speaker balance.

The Bad:
1. Slow software updates.
2. No proper iOS integration.
3. Pilot Assist bias to steer right of centre.
4. Cramped rear for any born before 2010.

The Ugly:
1. Beta software (but an upside is seeing how a legacy marque handles the transition from ICE to BEV).
2. Largely useless key fob.

Welcome to this forum.

Haven't experienced Bad3 and don't have a problem with Bad4 - regularly carry two/three adults in the back.

Ugly2 doesn't apply to me - most of the time it's fine opening on either side of the car - though not from dead centre at the back. It even unlocked when I was in the house the other day.

Thanks for the welcome, Gloucester - good to be on board (even if cramped at rear)!
