Trip journal in phone app

I recently enabled the trip journal in the phone app, it's quite handy to see how much power each of your trips used.

Yesterday, though, wifey used the car. We had created a profile for her, linked to her rf card which she used. Looking at the app this morning it does not show me her trips.

So, does the journal only show you trips recorded on your own profile?

She has to give privacy permission for tracking (see in the app)...
Or maybe only she in her app can see her trip journal...

The consumption data in the app is not to be trusted - it's often very wide of the mark

Yes its frustrating the jornal is a really good idea, distance is fine but the power used and consumption data in the app is consistently way out, I have raised this with Volvo support they have contacted their application group. I will post their response when I receive a reply. Note: the consumption data recorded in the car per trip is accurate.

Good news Volvo recognises the issue and will issue a fix.

am just reaching out to let you know that our Technical Team have come back to me regarding the further information that you kindly provided me with and they have confirmed that they have received other reports of this issue and this has now been raised with the App Team to look into for future App Updates to resolve this issue.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause in the interim until the team find a resolution for this.
