Anybody Knows what is this?

They have been in the trunk of the car since the first day. I always forget to ask the dealer. I can assume they are parts for transporting the vehicle, but I don't know.

Does anyone have any idea what they are and if they need to be stored?

I only got one hook. They screw into the sub frame of the car (front or back, or both if you have two) to allow a tow truck to attach a cable to pull your car onto the truck.
