App sucks 🧐

Hi all ,
Just got my wife. EX30
was so excited to connect the ex to the app .
Done that followed the steps and conect .
But unfortunately nothing works no ac or open close car etc ….
The fw is 1.4 latest app . The car have sim inside too .
The car seems to be connected in the app and i can see that im the owner.

What am i missing ???

Yes, I've never had that. It suggests the car's internet isn't working correctly.

Weird...the car also seems good on cellular connection also gps route works app download etc....

Weres is the sim location in the car ?

If only we knew! It seems that an E-Sim is used

It's an e-Sim not not a physical item.

Is there any hard reset maybe toget things together ?
Reset maybe will help to connect the app again .
I tried the vol down and - didn't help .

Got a massage from Volvo claiming that since they dont support my language the app wont work
I think i can read English quite well .
Never had this it my Tesla

are you loged inn by cell or email, have been some issues with the cell accounts, Volvo dealer in Norway recomended emal login to the app.
