Hello all. I’m a new owner from Sydney Australia. I’ve had the car one week & enjoying learning how to drive it.
Two quick questions I couldn’t find in the manual
1. On the tablet above the current speed indicator is a greyed out number “30”. I have no idea what it is. It doesn’t seem to change.
Any thoughts ?
2. Can we change the font size of the Time, Outside temperature Etc ? I’m finding it too small to read.

Hopefully Volvo will provide a way to increase the size of the time !
A few people on the forum have suggested an accessibility feature in the settings so fonts can be made bigger and/or bold. Fingers crossed Volvo continue to listen and carry out continued updates
Hi Catherine, have a good look at the manual regarding the cruise control as there are a few modes depending on the selections you make on the screen. Can be a bit confusing at first so I suggest finding a quiet bit of freeway and trying them out to see which mode suits you. I think most people settle on one and stick to that. It is activated by pulling down on the drive selector like you are going into drive again, once underway.
The number was greyed out because you had activated it (probably by mistake) and then cancelled it by touching the brake. The number stays there to tell you what speed the car will control to if you press resume.
It all works pretty much like any other active cruise control but there are some extra bells and whistles that are worth understanding so that you know what the car is trying to do.
