Volvo EX30 previewed

Auto Express designers have previewed what they think the new Volvo EX30 will look like. See the pictures below and let us know what you think.

I'm glad it's not like that!

I like the higher apparent ground clearance, and...mmm...not much. It would look more like an EC30. It's hard to believe how little imagination some designers have in solving the fronts of electric cars, especially in Europe, where iconic fronts have become slavery. Mercedes is still trapped in a dysfunctional grill, BMW with its too ostensible kidneys (dysfunctional too), Audi, Peugeot, the same...Only VW in its ID and Renault have stylized their fronts quite well. Tesla and the Asia's do not have those ties and resolve their fronts, with greater or better fortune, but without complexes.
The front of this Volvo that they propose, I find it hard to believe that a designer has made in 2024 this proposal that breathes a transformed combustion body. Nah.

Thankfully it was wrong, as that 'car' is ugly. What a horrible front.
