Cannot activate IITC

Yesterday evening and this morning I tried to set up IITC (Internet In The Car) through the Android application. When I go to the EX30 application, then to user profile -> "Subscriptions", it shows in red that the setup is not complete. When I click on it, a page opens with "WSO2 IDENTITY SERVER" at the top and the following message in the middle "INVALID REQUEST invalid_callback Registered callback does not match with the provided URL". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Android application, deleted my Volvo ID and created it again, performed a reset on the car, and started the setup from scratch. Regardless, the problem persists and there is no internet connection, although the car's screen indicates that it is connected to the internet.

Contacted Volvo support and local dealership.

Any other ideas that I can try?
