Is anyone else getting this error when launching the Volvo app?

Not sure if there's an issue or if it's related to me getting a new phone!?

Get the same here - latest version of ios18.4, random occurrence

For me, on Android, in a 4G area of the UK, this is a common occurence.

I think it is due to the lag in internet transmission from App, to Vovlo's servers to EX30, back to Volvo's servers, back to App - by which time the App has timed out.

Normally, just closing (not logging out) and imediately reopening the App again will cause it to reopen correctly.

I get it occasionally. I also get "could not load cars" with a refresh button that gets me back.

I get this almost every first attempt to open the app.
Close the app and then reopen and it works.

No problem, app on iPhone works fine.

I don't seem to get this error anymore since I've turned off security...

yes, everytime i open the app.

need to close it in task manager and open again

since day 1, july 2024
