In my country, on the official Volvo EX30 vehicle registration document the 21" wheels are not included and therefore can't be fitted, unless you take the burden to take your car mounting 21" to the national motor vehicle registry office, pass the checks and finally get the approval and an updated document, of course all this at your own expense...

Resurrecting this since it's a bit on topic. I just discovered there's another model of wheel cover for the 20" wheels.
