Hazard Flashers

Each time I start a new drive, the hazard flashers turn on. Turning them off is not easy. Left turn, right turn, tap hazard icon etc. fixes it eventually. Anyone had the same problem? Or is the car trying to tell me something?
EX30 Plus, Single motor, Extended range. Moss Yellow.

I can't recall anyone encountering that scenario before.

You mean when you put it in Drive, the hazards flash?

Yes Gloucester, when I put it into drive the hazards flash!! No obvious error messages!! Strange!!
EX30 Plus, Single motor, Extended range. Moss Yellow.

Hazard flashers now fixed by software update to version 1.4.
EX30 Plus, Single motor, Extended range. Moss Yellow.

I had this earlier today. Complete PITA. Car still sitting at 1.3.1 (annoyingly)

Mine would not turn off.
M5 Northbound sailing along 4 ways going try as I may NOTHING worked.

Gave up and made my way back to hard shoulder,
Yes you guessed tried switching it of and on again.
