Phone connectivity

Sorry to sound so negative but does anybody have an issue your mobile phone connecting? My display shows my wife's phone connected on the main display but my phone is shown as connected on the Phone display.

Lots of people have reported phone connection issues. Not sure I've heard that particular one though. It's more usually inability to pair/connect. Not reading the QR code seems to be the most common complaint.
