Technical in Sweden have worked with the App developers.
They replied this morning.
It seems if Less Reduced or no animations is selected in the settings or developer mode the APP does not work. a Youtube video refers.
I just RE enabled animations in the settings on my Samsung S24 Utra and ping there it as all fixed,
