WOW
So I lost the internet access in my two EX30's
Friday trying to navigate home from Cornwall It was lost. Could not get the Hotspot to work either
My new car yesterday had access then mid afternoon lost Internet access too.

VOLVO have no idea I got the blame ONLY MY CAR well 2!!

Finally got hold of the dealer. 3 of there cars went down last evening. So 5 now that I know

What is happening. How is it this forum not full of owners without the internet access.

I can now get the hotspot to work on my phone [A samsung but the Hotspot is called NOKIA ??]

The car logs into my wifi too.

NOTHING on the move except via hotspot.

Volvo still denying there is an issue so logged a complaint.
Car is being recovered Thursday to dealers.

That does seem very odd. Ours (Hampshire based) had access yesterday evening. We have had the odd drop out and one day when the sat nav was about 100m out but apart from that all good. Can’t see multiple defects in your cars and as you say this forum would be lit up if it was a general system error. My money would be on a Volvo setup issue but where I know not. Getting one back to the dealer will hopefully discover what the issue is.

This issue has been picked up elsewhere on the forum. Bizarrely, I and others resolved the issue by unlocking and relocking the car using the app.

Brilliant feedback. Thanks give that a go as soon as i get home.
Local dealer was aware but as it was only my 2 cars and 3 demo cars which are out at the moment had her had not followed it up. He is now.. Car is due to be collected and loan car left tomorrow's am.
As you say Nothing on Volvo's tech site yet

I have this same problem in the UK since Saturday. No LTE or 5G connection despite signal showing on the display.
Emailed Volvo but no response. Will try the unlock/lock with the app to see if it fixes it.
