I’m experiencing the same error. It randomly happens in relation to charging at charging stations. Yesterday I plugged into a grid charger but it wasn’t on due to loadshedding. This affected the volume of the car and the music from bluetooth got stuck on LOUD. Calls were so soft they are basically muted. Voice control makes no difference. The only thing that works to reset this is to plug into a charger again and charge. It doesn’t resolve itself no matter how many times the car switches on and off or how many times I let the car “sleep”. In addition to this, the radio also randomly switches stations and goes VERY LOUD. This happens all the time in my ex30 twin 2024. This is unrelated to charging. I stopped listening to radio as a result.
I had a variation of this recently. I was listening to the radio when a call came in. I was able to answer the call and hear the person on the other end, but the radio kept playing and I couldn't turn it off or even reduce the sound.
I was able to end the call but the radio was stuck until I was able to stop at a service station to power off/on.
The only variable was that this was using Carplay. I'm on 1.4.2

In my ex30, everytime I go inside and play Youtube Music, the volume starts in 20%. If I leave the car with the volume in 5%-10% or any other %, the car starts at 20% always.
I tried to config at the volume config but the car do not care and do the same all the time. It is normal?
