IITC (Internet in the car) dead
I had this when I first got the car. To overcome it I used the app. Use the person icon, and Subscriptions. Completing this will take you to Vodafone incar internet. At some point they will send you a code to enter. Enter this code manually, don’t use the automatic entry. You can then complete the registration and after a day or so Vodafone will tell you that you are connected

Checked my App and Subscriptions. Only the Volvo Charging Network panel/offer is there. No sign of Vodafone there. Anyone else the same?Andycot wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2024 6:49 am I had this when I first got the car. To overcome it I used the app. Use the person icon, and Subscriptions. 2024 Volvo EX30 Ultra SMER - Cloud Blue / Breeze - 1.4.4 (Car), 1.7 (App) - UK
I registered with vodafone when I first got the car. All seemed ok. Just checked in subscriptions in the app on my phone: nothing there. I still seem to have an LTE connection though so, who knows…
EX30 Ultra twin motor performance, Cloud Blue, Mist interior. UK. Collected April 2024. v1.4.2
I see nothing in subscriptions except for the Volvo charging one. I did get a notification a while ago to register for Vodafone internet in the car but nothing really came of it.

Welcome saggioutente to this forum.
In respect of internet, I've driven four cars, two demonstrator, then a loan car Volvo gave me (because they delivered the wrong one!) then my own car once it arrived. All have had internet connectivity. I've only used the app with my own car but again that's working fine, albeit its functionality is rather poor. It also cannot work out where I live so the driving journal often starts at other houses in the vicinity.
Bluetooth doesn't always connect when I get it but it's a simple triple button press to get it connected.
Generally the software in the car has a LOT of niggles but they're mostly minor, and hopefully be resolved on future updates.

Hey guys,
I have a SMER Ultra myself.
I am relieved to know that I am not the only having this issue.
Like others, I can confirm that even though the car seems to receive signal (LTE/3G/5G), the internet is dead.
I also checked the EX30 app the internet subscription has disappeared. Only the Public Charging subscription is there.
Have you found a way to access the Vodafone website in which we initially registered for the ITCC? I could only access it via the EX30 app with my VOLVO credentials. If I try out of it, I can’t.

It is strange that individual cars seem to suffer from a variety of issues with very little in common between them. I no longer have the Vodafone subscription showing in my phone app but I have just checked in the car and the cellular connection is still there. I switched off wifi and then searched YouTube for a video and that loaded up and played with no issues suggesting the LTE internet connection is still working. Is there a way to check subscriptions in the car rather than the app?

Try https://internetinthecar.vodafone.com - it's certainly not easy to find except via Google.
HOWEVER, I thought I need to log into that site with my Volvo details, but it's not accepting them for some reason.
I've found another URL on my phone which is working but I think that's a personal link so I won't put it in here in full - it starts https://volvoid.eu.volvocars.com/VolvoL ... esumePath=........................
