Hi gloucester!

I am aware of the link you mention but as you said you can’t login with your VOLVO credentials. This is only possible through thr app.

Another Chilean owner here 👋

On the second day of use, the IITC stopped working. Currently using the iPhone as a hotspot.

The subscription does not appear in the app and there is no information about the LTE/5G provider in Chile. I hope this problem is solved.

I have extremely bad internet connection in Sweden as well.

On my phone I can log in via the URL - on my PC I can't.

Slight update:
Internet working, but the sub is appearing and disappearing from the app every couple of days.

My assumption is that it should show but as long as the internet is actually working it has no little impact ATM.
Currently I can only login via the app when the subscription appears, beyond that no idea.

Hi,
Maybe i can help to add some clarity:
Internet in the car and is needed for regulatory reasons: Volvo is no internet service provider so they have partnered with Vodafone and others to enable internet access in the ex30.

I have also checked and volvo has an integration via single sign on into internet in the car. However in order to get correctly forwarded to the internet in the car portal and to use the volvo login you need to receive the special link from the Volvo app.

If you click the link, you need to first sign up and the you can see in the portal your data usage as well as all cars which are linked to your account… you might need your credit card to verify yourself but not to purchase anything.

That should be all.

So if you see no link or cars paired to your account, you should check with Volvo, if the registration or network doesnt work you can check with internet in the car..

I just created an Vodafone IITC account (straightforward and verified by mobile and email). Log into the account and the message reads ...

No cars paired to your account
Please access your account from your car to enable the service.
You need to go to your car, connect your device to the car's Wi-Fi hotspot and login to your account.

Any idea how you do that bit? Has the EX30 got a WiFi hotspot?

Hello Everyone, anyone have this issue at all? I keep getting notifications in the Volvo App "don't forget to enable IITC" and when i go to 'create account', nothing happens. I get an occasional message saying "Execution failed, please try again'. My car has not connected to the internet other than sat on the drive at home where it can find my home broadband. Very frustrating!

I've had the same since I picked up the car last Thursday. Over and over again the error message. On a Dutch forum, it is explicitly reported, do not take out an IITC subscription with Vodafone itself, but first wait for link in App to work. Can take weeks, by the way.
