No mine is still stuck at 93% although for me I’ve never had the 4g/5g working and have always had to connect a hotspot on my phone to get internet

Have also had to book in for next week

After it was stuck at 91%, i took it to Volvo today. They managed to get it to update.

Unfortunately, still no internet. It does have signal now, but it does not load anything still.

Don't suppose they shared the secret of how they managed? Volvo UK Support just replied to one of my messages and the only thing they offered was restarting the Infotainment System. I'd already done this, but just did it again for good measure and there's no change. Awaiting a reply from my dealer.

Mine has been stuck on 93% too since last night. Did yours resolve itself?

Anyone else have their download frozen?

Sadly not im still stuck on 93%! I have rung the dealer but they cant look at it till next Friday, so if anyone has any ideas to force it to continue the download it would be welcome! Have tried rebooting the infotainment system several times.

I have some news. Having given up getting anything useful out of Volvo UK Support, I phoned the Service Desk of my dealer. The guy I recently spoke to had some fresh information on something they've been recently sent ...

It would appear that the 1.3.1 OTA has now been halted (just like the 1.3 OTA was) due to yet further errors or issues found.
They are now moving to yet another version - 1.3.2 - and the target date for this version is Week 27, which is early July.

I haven't yet got an answer to how you abort the stuck 1.3.1 download or if I just ignore it. I'm also looking for a way to decline automatic OTA updates as that 'may' get the stuck download to abort. Anyone know how?

Thanks for sharing Graham, even if bad news! Hopefully someone can help on the abort software

Just went to the dealership today and got the 1.3.1 update took an hour, it is better for sure but there are still bugs and featurs missing after my opinion.

Comment from another place:

in the mobile app if you disable auto updates it's should give you the warning that this action will delete the pending 1.3.1 update. Once auto update are disabled you can then re-enable it again.
